Welcome to Practice Revenue Architecture™ ("PRA™," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our websites, Self-Assessments, educational resources, appointment scheduling tools, and related online services.
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and services.
2. Purpose of Our Website and Services
Practice Revenue Architecture™ provides business strategy, practice development, operational consulting, and educational resources designed primarily for independent and concierge healthcare practice owners and licensed healthcare professionals.
Our website may provide access to:
• Practice Revenue Architecture™ Self-Assessments.
• Educational articles, resources, and business information.
• Alignment Call scheduling and related consultations.
• Information about our consulting methodology and services.
• Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes.
3. Self-Assessment Limitations
The Practice Revenue Architecture™ Self-Assessment is designed to encourage reflection on various aspects of practice operations, revenue consistency, patient engagement, and business performance.
Self-Assessment responses are based on information voluntarily provided by participants.
The Self-Assessment:
• Is not a comprehensive evaluation or formal business audit.
• Does not independently verify participant responses.
• Does not establish the causes of any perceived practice challenges.
• Does not guarantee identification of every business opportunity or operational issue.
• Does not constitute individualized professional consulting advice.
• Participants should not rely solely on Self-Assessment information when making significant business or operational decisions.
4. Alignment Calls and Consultations
Scheduling a Practice Revenue Architecture™ Alignment Call provides an opportunity to discuss your practice, business objectives, and whether further evaluation may be appropriate.
An Alignment Call does not constitute a full Practice Diagnostic or establish an ongoing consulting relationship.
Any paid consulting engagement, implementation service, or other professional arrangement will be governed by a separate agreement when applicable.
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule consultation requests when reasonably necessary.
5. No Medical or Clinical Advice
Practice Revenue Architecture™ provides business strategy and operational consulting services.
Daniel Bitz is not acting as a licensed healthcare practitioner through PRA™ and does not provide medical diagnoses, clinical treatment recommendations, or patient-specific medical advice.
All clinical decisions, patient care responsibilities, and compliance with applicable healthcare regulations remain the responsibility of the appropriate licensed healthcare professionals and practice owners.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as directing or replacing independent clinical judgment.
6. No Guarantee of Business Results
Our educational resources, Self-Assessments, and consulting information are intended to support informed business decision-making.
We do not guarantee any particular increase in revenue, patient retention, profitability, operational efficiency, or other business outcome.
Actual results depend on numerous factors, including practice circumstances, implementation, market conditions, management decisions, and other variables outside our control.
Examples or illustrations of potential improvements should not be interpreted as promises of future performance.
7. User Responsibilities
By using our website and services, you agree to:
• Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge.
• Use our website and resources for lawful purposes.
• Avoid submitting false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
• Respect the intellectual property rights associated with PRA™ materials.

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Current Payment Availability
Practice Revenue Architecture™ does not currently process payments through its Self-Assessment or Alignment Call funnels.
If online purchasing or payment functionality becomes available, the following provisions will apply to the extent relevant, together with any additional terms presented at the time of purchase.
Pricing and Payment Authorization
Prices, payment schedules, and applicable charges will be disclosed before a purchase or paid engagement is confirmed.
By submitting payment information and authorizing a transaction, you agree to pay the disclosed amount according to the applicable payment terms.
Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment service providers. We do not require customers to provide payment card information through our public Self-Assessment forms.
Payment Plans
Certain consulting services may offer installment payment options.
When available, the total purchase price, initial payment, installment amounts, payment dates, and any applicable fees will be disclosed before enrollment.
By selecting an installment payment arrangement, you authorize the agreed payments according to the terms accepted at enrollment.
An installment arrangement does not automatically constitute a month-to-month subscription or permit cancellation of an agreed total engagement price.
Any recurring payment authorization will identify the applicable payment frequency, duration, and cancellation terms.
Refunds
Refund eligibility, if any, will be governed by the refund terms disclosed and agreed upon at the time of purchase or enrollment, subject to applicable law.
Any applicable nonrefundable charges, cancellation deadlines, or limitations will be clearly identified before payment is accepted.
Nothing in these Terms limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling requirements for paid consultations, consulting engagements, or other services will be disclosed when those services become available.
Cancellation of an appointment does not necessarily cancel a separate consulting agreement or payment obligation.
Any applicable cancellation rights, notice requirements, and financial obligations will be governed by the terms accepted for the particular service.
Failed or Late Payments
If a scheduled payment is unsuccessful, we may contact the customer to arrange an alternative payment method.
Any late fees, collection costs, service suspension provisions, or other consequences must be disclosed in the applicable agreement and comply with governing law.
Separate Consulting Agreements
Paid PRA™ consulting engagements may require a separate written proposal, scope of work, or consulting agreement.
Where the applicable consulting agreement contains more specific payment, cancellation, or refund provisions, those provisions will govern the engagement to the extent legally enforceable.
Changes to Payment Terms
Payment terms for a confirmed purchase or engagement will not be changed retroactively except as permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
Any material changes to future payment arrangements will be disclosed before the customer agrees to them.
12. Website Availability and Changes

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that all content will remain current, complete, or error-free.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features, resources, or services when reasonably necessary.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular business purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Practice Revenue Architecture™ and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or its publicly available resources.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Any liability arising from a separate consulting engagement will be addressed under the applicable written agreement.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, business operations, or legal requirements.
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
Continued use of the website after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
